Data & Analytics Modernization
I help untangle the estates, platforms and reporting habits that make good decisions harder than they need to be.

I work with leaders who are trying to turn years of data and analytics investment into decisions people can trust — and learn from.

Over the years, I have seen that the harder work is making the foundation, the meaning, the accountability and the learning fit together. More data or another model rarely answers that question by itself.
I help untangle the estates, platforms and reporting habits that make good decisions harder than they need to be.
Follow the threadI care about the quieter work of agreeing what things mean, who owns them, and how that meaning travels with the data.
Follow the threadI am interested in AI that helps people think and act more clearly, with the handoffs and accountability still visible.
Follow the threadI think of Decision Intelligence as the connective tissue between a trusted data foundation and the people who have to make a consequential choice. It gives the outcome somewhere to go next.
What is really going on around this choice?
I start with the data, the business objective, the policy boundary, the time horizon, the risk and the previous decisions that should be in the room.
I keep coming back to a simple question: if a model can learn from feedback, how does the organization learn from the choices it makes?
Read the noteWe are often able to reconstruct what happened financially. We are much less able to explain what people believed, rejected, or changed before it happened.
Read the noteA semantic layer gives data a common meaning. Decision context gives that meaning a purpose, a boundary, and a consequence.
Read the noteI have spent my career working across enterprise data, analytics modernization, architecture and technology transformation. The deeper question emerged slowly: how can trusted data, clear context and governed AI help people make important decisions with more confidence?
A recurring transformation pattern I have seen: bring reporting, architecture and metric meaning back into the same conversation so leaders can spend less time reconciling numbers.
A platform transformation viewed through the operating change around it: building a stronger foundation for analytics and AI while keeping the work useful to the teams who rely on it.
I am interested in the practical questions around data modernization, platform architecture, semantic foundations, governed AI and the decisions that connect them.
